![]() ![]() The longing and angst created by Penelope Ward had my heart trying to get out of my chest and flat out addicted. The romance was smoldering, but also slow burn. He’s protective and trying hard to do his very best, and I loved the secondary characters who were interwoven in their story. She’s incredible easy going, loving and understanding. The character development was spot on, both main and supporting. I jumped and kept going until the very end without being able to put it down and loved every second of it. In general, I tend to dive into books without reading blurbs much less reviews because it makes the adventure more fun. The two develop an easy and deep connection, but nothing can come of it. Nothing could prepare her for Dax Moody though. In the meantime she’s enjoying the interesting life of a traveling massage therapist getting to meet all kinds of people. ![]() Wren McCallister would love nothing more than to get a teaching position as a cello instructor. It is told from both points of view with a heartwarming happy ending. ![]() Moody is a standalone contemporary romance by Penelope Ward. ![]()
